Responsibilities

 

The CPD Client Services Lead is the primary customer point person for all Service Delivery Programs within assigned accounts. This individual partners closely with CPD Sales Resources, RPC Contacts, Outsource Services Leadership, and 3rd Party vendors to design, develop, and implement ongoing strategies to ensure the highest levels of customer support and account growth. As complexities arise through the implementation of unique programs and enterprise level solutions, the Lead will work directly with their Key Client Contacts to build custom programs essential to ongoing client operations. In all instances, this individual will be responsible for strategic decision-making as it pertains to the custom development of service delivery programs and systems. Key areas of activity will center around: Account Communications, Training, Program Launch, and client customer satisfaction. The Lead will be the single point-of-contact for all CPD service delivery activities for their specific group of accounts or designated programs. This individual may be required to travel up to 75% in order to meet with clients, and may be placed onsite within a client’s offices.

Qualifications

 

Bachelors Degree and minimum 5;years of related experience.

Minimum of 1+ years Copy & Print industry experience in the design and implementation of comprehensive e-commerce order submission and fulfillment systems. In depth knowledge of online order management, sourcing, and production fulfillment systems and applications.

1+ years progressive experience in tactical execution and strategic planning relative to graphic communications applications. Demonstrable Project Management Skills and experience

Meet Phillip Rumpf, our Retail District Sales Manager in the Salt Lake City UT market. Phillip has been with Office Depot for 5 years now, and in that time, he has quickly advanced through our stores organization as a Customer Service Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and now as District Sales Manager.

The path to his current position has been challenging and rewarding and his leadership took the opportunity to develop him and encourage his ambitions along the way. As a Store Manager, Phillip was identified as a high potential leader and was selected for our “Blue Angels” program for leadership development which led to his current DSM role.
