Under the direction of the Sr. Project Manager-HRIM, the Sr. Analyst, will be responsible for leading the analysis for HR System design and applications requirements and act as an internal consultant for ensuring that HR business process requirements, gaps, issues and risks are fully mapped and documented as part of any application design or change. This position leads and participates in analyzing and documenting requirements, dependencies, and deliverables for HR Systems initiatives of significant complexity. The Sr. HRIS, Analyst will also plan and manage HR Systems testing, data conversion and data validation processes, in addition to working with business areas and IT to manage and resolve HR application production issues. Provides direction to HR Analysts and IT GHS Business Analysts and Developers for prioritizing urgent, critical and routine system defects and TPRs. Must be a strong Subject Matter Expert and consultative resource to the organization regarding all aspects of Oracle HR applications. Provides guidance to HR Generalists and Analysts for designing and developing reports and queries and addressing related query/report production issues.
