Responsibilities

 

The CBFS Service Plan Specialist will be responsible for the direct support of the CBFS service team by creating, developing and maintaining current and future service profiles and value added offerings. In addition, they work closely with vendors, CBFS leadership and field selling resources to develop new programs based on emerging markets, changing technology, vendor tools and competitive market success. The overall result of the construction of the service programs and offerings is to facilitate profitable and billable service programs creating a revenue generating service culture vs. expense based support mechanisms.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.

&bull Ability to communicate effectively across Business and Finance, Planning, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams, lead conversations and influence others.

&bull Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

&bull Creative problem solver with proven negotiation skill set.

&bull Ability to sell vendors regarding placing their service with Office Depot.

&bull Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to conduct analysis, and make decisions under competing deadlines.

&bull Proficient PC skills and ability to effectively operate across multiple merchandising computer applications and programs.

&bull Experience interacting at the executive level.

&bull Minimum of two years marketing and/or communications

&bull Familiarity with end-user data needs, in-depth understanding of data warehouse logical data models

&bull Extensive experience creating excel-based reports
