Overview

Responsibilities
Looking for a driven, results orientated, Cybersecurity Analyst with knowledge of cyber security best practices, industry security standards, audits and compliance with a general understanding of security technologies to support the Technology, Infrastructure and Engineering (TIE) Compliance department. 
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent training and experience.
• Required years of experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with technology platforms, IT audit or compliance programs.  
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with working in a technical environment.
• Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of RACF, AS400, Active Directory, Azure,  Identity Management, SailPoint Identity Now, JIRA, SharePoint, Splunk and/or Smartsheet is preferred.
• Experience in supporting internal and external audits related to PCI, SOX, SOC1/SOC2 or other regulatory bodies is preferred.
• CISM CISA, CRISC or other relevant certification preferred.
Project planning and management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple distinct efforts and resources simultaneously is preferred.
Primary Duties
Support the Director of TIE Compliance and team with compliance/audit support projects as assigned.
Establish strong working relationships and work cross-functionally across internal and external teams to meet compliance objectives.
Applies a customer focused approach to meeting compliance program objectives by fostering relationships as part of their communication style.
Performs detail orientated business analysis of data using Vlookups and other Excel formulas as needed.
Leverages company policies and procedures to assist in resolving routine compliance/audit support issues.
Provides timely and regular status updates and communicates risks to management as detected.
Manages individual workload to deliver agreed upon project milestones.
