Overview

The Product and Support Sr. Manager responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and support of BSD Projects. Additionally, this role will champions change initiatives and solution adoption of business process improvement initiatives for global, enterprise-wide programs, resulting in delivery of anticipated benefits including adjustments in culture, business processes, systems use and behaviors. Designs, analyzes and develops strategy to optimize effectiveness and minimize risk factors impacting solution adoption. This candidate will be hands-on from Ideation, Solutioning, Design, Development, and Build through Production implementation. He/She will manage the triage and troubleshooting for critical efforts and serves as a strong leadership resource for BSD project delivery. Additionally, they will manage and measure the work of a team of Functional Analysts and Citizen Developers, Salesforce Administrators that will support the Product Managers and their projects. They will develop direct reports and deal with some ambiguity while measuring the requests and priorities of leadership. Core activities will include setting priority and strategy based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment and then communicating the decisions to their team and to their team and to the greater team. She/he will demonstrate collaboration skills with internal and external teams, independent task management, and leadership to influence best practices, processes, and procedures complementing BSD objectives. He she will be expected to provide clear alignment of initiatives to strategic objectives and have a dedicated focus to drive and adopt change with consistent, visible and vocal sponsorship at a senior level. Thus, this role will have significant influence over projects in the team’s work portfolio and be responsible for assigning the resources to those projects.


Primary Responsibility: 

1. Lead strategy, solution design and development, automation, configuration management, functional/performance testing, and application support. Defines, develops, champions and leads change initiatives and solution adoption of business process improvement initiatives resulting in delivery of anticipated benefits including adjustments in culture, business processes, systems use and behaviors. 

2. Oversee all activities of the product lifecycle including the scope and design of enhancements/projects and oversee the formalization of a development tools, standards, policies, and methodologies are established, documented, and adhered to; serves as escalation resource. 

3. Prioritize project engagement and manage development members from scope definition to Production deployment.  Collaborate with Project Leads and Lead Citizen Developers on project resource support and Articulate Business Requirements and Project Goals to team 

4. Articulate Business Requirements and Project Goals to team and work with IT to coordinate deployment 

5. Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure application and service solutions are successful and respect principles of Office Deport Architecture (applications, systems, database, security, network, etc.).

6. Evaluate, learn, and establish improvement opportunities with people, process, and technology; establish innovative methods to achieve overall strategies and objectives; remains current with industry solution technologies and practices. 


Education & Experience

Level of Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Area of Study: Business, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science

Years of Experience: Please choose from the following: 
Type of Experience: 5 years experience or training in SFDC, CRM, Pricing Tools, Territory Assignment

Special Certifications:
(CPA, Etc.) • SFDC certifications(preferred)• 
Language Skills: • English
Technical Competencies: • Working in cloud based software platform
Skills and Ability: • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, outstanding relationship management, compelling interpersonal skills, excellent customer service focus.
