The eCommerce Manager, will develop and implement the eCommerce Product strategy for OfficeDepot.com to drive web sales growth, conversion, and improvements in the customer experience. The role will include, but not limited to, functional and customer experience enhancements, collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and ecommerce teams to deliver capabilities that maximize product conversions that expand new customers and retain existing customers. The Manager is responsible for leading a collaborative cross-functional team (merchandising, content management, ecommerce) to execute ecommerce product content enhancements that meet or exceed online goals. Further, the Manager, will drive engagement of the website across the broader organization while collaborating within departments to support business strategies via web.
3+ years of Microsoft Office experience in Word & Excel
Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written
Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills are required, along with a high degree of flexibility.
3-4 years of eCommerce Management experience
