Overview
Responsibilities
The Sr. Regional Deployment Analyst (RDA) works as a liaison between the Sales Deployment Team, the BSD Sales Organization and Sales Operations teams.;
The primary function is to manage key sales operations processes that support the sales team and improve its productivity by defining processes, measuring results, identifying patterns and trends and providing solutions. In addition, the RDA will assign sales team resources, within Office Depot’s established sales deployment strategy guardrails, to meet defined company objectives. The RDA executes the day-to-day l deployment activities, owns the supporting decisions, and is accountable for deployment related outcomes and KPI’s within their area of responsibility.
This role takes over the day to day responsibility of sales management customer assignment work within deployment software (Optymyze).; This requires strong problem solving, logic, as well as creativity to come up with intelligent recommendations and solutions for the business and customers.
Also, this individual will have responsibility to successfully maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, including but not limited to, BSD Selling Organization, leadership team members, compensation team, and finance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years’ experience and/or training.
