This position is 100% Remote! You can work from anywhere in the US.
This position will be responsible for the development of creative and innovative sourcing strategies that will assist the technical recruiting team with delivering the highest quality talent. This role requires strong collaboration with the recruiting team, business leadership and others, including third-party partners, to identify talent for key positions for all levels of the technology organization.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and think outside the box to get the job done. This individual is expected to think innovatively and creatively to facilitate aggressive and competitive acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Relationship-building, passion and experience with networking and cold-calling will be critical to the success of this individual.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, social media sourcing of passive and active candidates, and ongoing pipeline and candidate relationship management. Actively reach out to candidates to ensure that a healthy pipeline of candidates is fed into the interview process.
Leverage knowledge of technical roles to appropriately position candidates for the correct job family and level based on hard skills and scope of experience. Conduct candidate qualification/screening and present pre-qualified and interested candidates to the recruiting team.
Partner with Recruiters and HR to thoroughly understand hiring and market needs and deliver appropriate candidates accordingly.
Proactively conduct research on new ideas, sources and strategies on creatively sourcing talent. Design and implement new sourcing strategies and processes or reengineer existing processes.
Relentless focus on candidate experience and employment brand preservation and elevation in the marketplace.
Collaborate with agencies, manage the relationship and flow of inbound candidates to accelerate and feed into our funnel.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience required
Area of Study: General HR, Business, Marketing, Organizational Development or related field
Years of Experience: 4+ years
Type of Experience: Experience in recruiting and sourcing in a fast pace environment
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Expertise in ATS systems, HR technologies, online sourcing
Information Systems: Ability to query and organize information from a variety of databases a plus
Technical Competencies: Microsoft Office, ATS systems, recruiting related technologies
Skills and Ability: Strong communication, multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation, and sourcing abilities are a must
Personal Attributes: Professional, strong communicator, and self sufficient
