Overview

The Regional Sales Training Advisor will be the local training point-person for regional sales training execution.  This includes facilitating training programs based on regional needs, delivering of onboarding programming and modification of HR L&D center of excellence content to meet the needs of each specific region.

In partnership with HR L&D BLAs, the training advisor reviews skills gap analyses to help identify areas of improvement. This role will collaborate with local BSD leaders and managers towards the successful development, deployment and adoption of enterprise training programs, processes, systems and tools.

This role is required to have strong facilitation skills and the ability to coach and train associates and managers one-on-one or in group settings on sales selling techniques and methodology.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Facilitating training programs based on regional needs, delivering of onboarding programming and modification of HR L&D center of excellence content to meet the needs of each specific region.

2.Reviews skills gap analyses to help identify areas of improvement.

3.Collaborates with local BSD leaders and managers towards the successful development, deployment and adoption of enterprise training programs, processes, systems and tools.

4.Coach and train associates and managers one-on-one or in group settings on sales selling techniques and methodology.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Four plus years’ experience; at least three years of training facilitation experience
 
•Demonstrated knowledge of Learning and Development delivery.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•High level of skill in facilitating and coaching one-on-one and in groups.
•Microsoft Word, WebEx, LMS experience preferred
•Customer Service-focused, dependable and committed
•Exceptionally detail-oriented
•Superior interpersonal skills.
•A high level of listening, courtesy and communication skills.
•Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
•Curious and excited by new ideas
•Energized by a fast-paced environment
•Comfortable working as part of a connected dispersed team in a matrix environment and also self-motivated.
