Overview

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Analyst of Marketing Strategy will be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing tactics, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution while delivering a seamless customer experience in go to market customer programs.  This individual will partner with key stakeholders to analyze market conditions, sales trends, customer preferences and competitive behavior to provide business insights that contribute towards the achievement of increased sales, profitability, and cost savings. 

  1. Partner with research team to understand market trends and identify potential opportunities.
  2. Understand annual and quarterly merchandising strategies in order to incorporate into marketing strategies.
  3. Partner with analytics team to analyze customer trends and behavior to identify opportunities to be addressed through marketing strategy.
  4. Partner with strategy team members to develop project, campaign, and quarterly briefs to feed media, creative, and customer marketing teams.
  5. Support marketing tactics to deliver strategy into go-to-market programs.
  6. Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure alignment from strategy to execution.
  7. Partner with marketing vehicle owners to define customer experience and manage creative execution process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics.
  • 3- 5 years of experience.
  • Marketing & Analytics experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • MRM, Cognos, PeopleSoft.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate insights and data into actionable strategies
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Business and finance understanding
  • Ability to understand KPIs across business and understand how marketing strategies support business goals
