Overview

Overview:  This role is focused on the growth and optimization of all digital customer experiences and journeys of multiple categories across desktop sites, mobile site, and app. This role's primary focus is on pre-cart journey promotions and experiences but also works closely and collaborates with all other stakeholders in the digital journey within their category to make sure we have best in class digital experiences for our customers from start to finish. The ideal candidate aspires to be part of a family of digital fanatics working closely to make sure all customer on-site journeys are awesome and enjoys being fully immersed in the digital world and eCommerce.

Tasks:

  • Partners primarily with merchandising, marketing partners and other digital experience managers to develop a weekly promotional strategy and customer experience
  • Execute the weekly build in publishing tools and scheduling of all weekly promotions related to their categories 
  • Help provide daily recommendations based on analytics for underperforming campaigns to help increase sales and conversion and pivot plan when necessary on a daily basis
  • Provides weekly performance analytics of promotions to leadership, merchandising partners, and digital experience managers.
  • Provides ongoing recommendations of site experience based on analysis of competitor experiences in the market for the category
  • Should be up to date on what’s best in class and how do we compare as well as what's working and not within the experience for the category on site
  • Proofing and QA of all category placements on sites
  • Consults with digital publishing building arm of the team on all evergreen pages for specific categories

Other Information:

  • Experience in Merchandising/Marketing or Design
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in eCommerce or related field
  • Technical competencies in web analytics tools
  • Strategic, planning, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Information system experience with web platforms
  • Detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Strong work ethic
  • Adaptability
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Skilled in Google Analytics or similar
  • Layout skills and an eye for design
