Overview
This SMB Product Manager will be accountable for the ideation, development, launch and management of Intel offerings, with a specific focus SMB offering. Leveraging industry and Office Depot specific offer development frameworks and methodologies. This position will play a lead role within SMB Intel offer development teams to ensure the successful development and ongoing success and performance of their offerings. The SMB Product Manager will perform market research, meet with industry analysts, and meet with potential buyers and users to identify specific industry and client problems, and then develop and launch HP offerings to provide outcome-based technology solutions. Specific knowledge is required to develop offerings that combine IT hardware, software, professional services, managed services, advanced technology and development of intellectual property.
Primary Responsibility:
1. Perform market research and develop client and competitor stories using input from sales, clients and market problem statements.
2. Accountable for all offer development activities and the timeline of offering releases and during its lifecycle to ensure success.
5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and partners to design and build offers, to position the offering in the competitive landscape, develop compelling go-to-market collateral, and perform sales enablement and training.
6. Accountable as the offering owner to iterate the offering based on feedback, analysis, performance data.
8. Perform market research and develop client and competitor stories using input from sales, clients and market problem statements.

Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Area of Study: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 year experience in related field
Type of Experience: 5 or more years of experience in Services/Product Development and Management or similar roles focused on product, offering, and/or solution development for clients.
5 or more years of technology experience, presales enablement for service offerings, and/or experience at industry peer (or OEM)
Special Certifications:
(CPA, Etc.) • 3 or more courses passed of the Pragmatic Marketing series
Language Skills: • English, plus for Spanish and/or Mandarin

• Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Information Systems: (People Soft, etc.)
• Windows 10 pro/home, Office 365, Office 2019. Nice to have MS Server, Linux
