Overview
As a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be an integral team member of The ODP Corporation’s innovative Technology, Infrastructure and Engineering organization, contributing greatly to its pivotal transformation in the B2B space. This TPM will lead key Financial Systems technology initiatives.
In this role you will be responsible for leading programs that span multiple organizations within The ODP Corporation, the successful delivery of technology solutions that achieve program objectives and delight our customers. This role requires strong product, technical, analytical, program management, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will be working with a cross-functional team of product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams and frequently communicate with key stakeholders and The ODP Corporation leadership. To be successful in this role, you will need to define program objectives and roadmaps, breakdown programs into projects, work with product managers and UX designers to define the requirements and customer experience, partner with engineering leads to create system designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements, and break up programs into Workstreams, Epics and stories across multiple teams following Agile practices. During project execution, you will be responsible for resolving issues, managing risks, and providing regular updates on overall status.

Meet Phillip Rumpf, our Retail District Sales Manager in the Salt Lake City UT market. Phillip has been with Office Depot for 5 years now, and in that time, he has quickly advanced through our stores organization as a Customer Service Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and now as District Sales Manager.
The path to his current position has been challenging and rewarding and his leadership took the opportunity to develop him and encourage his ambitions along the way. As a Store Manager, Phillip was identified as a high potential leader and was selected for our “Blue Angels” program for leadership development which led to his current DSM role.
